PURPOSE: A language learning system and method thereof using individual word database system are provided to increase the language learning effect by securing individual word database by interactive learning. CONSTITUTION: A word extractor(230) extracts words included in learning content and generates a word list. A word analyzer(240) sets up the learning level of the words included in the word list. A controller(250) generates individual word database. The individual word database classifies the word which a learner knows and stores the classified word.
