<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium ion battery tab capable of preventing corrosion due to a hydrofluoric acid generated by an electrolyte and moisture at a sandwiching part adhered to an outer package or an adhesive film, and to provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion battery tab is a metal lithium ion battery tab used for a lithium ion battery provided with a lithium ion battery body and the outer package for hermetically sealing the lithium ion battery body. The tab is connected to an anode and a cathode and sandwiched by the outer package so that the tip is protruded to outside. The sandwiching part is heat-sealed. The tab is composed so as to provide an insulating layer 4b composed of an insulating resin film at least to the sandwiching part 7 of the tab 4, and also, to provide a hydrogen fluoride-resistant chemical conversion treatment layer 4c so as to cover the insulating layer 4b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
