PURPOSE: A spring module, an electronic device with the same, and a manufacturing method of the spring module are provided to simplify a manufacturing process and reduce a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A winding unit(120) is winded into a spiral shape without overlapping. An arm unit(130) is expanded to the outside from the winding unit. A torsion spring(110) has a winding unit and an arm unit. A spring cover is formed into one by a press forming by covering the winding unit. The bending and fixing unit is prepared in a spring cover to fix one end of a winding unit to a spring cover.
