<p>The unit (1) has primary phase connections (5-7) arranged in a plane such that an integrated, sleeve-like housing (3) includes a drawn out housing cross-section in a sectional plane. A housing length is larger than a housing breadth. The connections and measuring units (8) are commonly encapsulatedly arranged in a gas compartment (16) of the housing. The housing includes two housing flanges, which extend in a direction of the housing length and are arranged opposite to each other.
