<p>The element (1) has a sealing plate (5) and a base (6) that comprises a material e.g. expanded metal, perforated over entire surface of the element. The base comprises a curved strip of a breakthrough material. The base is welded to the sealing plate by a retaining bracket. A sealing material (9) is selectively fastened in some areas on the sealing plate. The sealing material is fastened along an edge (5a) of the sealing plate, where the edge faces the base.
