PURPOSE: A preamble generating method and data transmitter thereof are provided to efficiently perform channel estimation of MU-MIMO system and to estimate interference information that is transmitted to the other STA. CONSTITUTION: One or more time space streams(STS) is transmitted to one or more terminals. One or more VHT-LTF sequences are transmitted to time space stream. A VHT-LTF sequence(320) is composed through an orthogonal matrix. The number of orthogonal matrixes is transmitted to each terminal.
