PURPOSE: Instant aged kimchi stew, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily boil the instant aged kimchi stew for 2~3minutes before eating the stew. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of instant aged kimchi stew comprises the following steps: mixing 40~50wt% of stock for aged kimchi stew, 2~3wt% of aged kimchi juice, 13~17wt% of aged pork, and 2~3wt% of red pepper powder, and heating the mixture for 90~100deg C for 8~12minutes; inserting 32~38wt% of aged kimchi into the heated mixture, and heating for 13~17minutes at 90~100deg C to obtain the aged kimchi stew; inserting the aged kimchi stew into a retort pouch; and sealing the pouch before sterilizing for 15~25minutes at 120~130deg C. |
