PURPOSE: A salvage ladder for fire escape in a high-story building is provided to implement a bridge between upper and lower floors as a fall prevention plate and a ladder are unfolded toward the lower floor. CONSTITUTION: A salvage ladder for fire escape in a high-story building comprises a through hole which is formed through the floor of a veranda or balcony, a frame which is fitted in the through hole and has a rectangular hole(3) in the center, a door which is equipped with an extension bracket extended toward the rectangular hole, a fall prevention plate(13) which is hinged on the edge of the rectangular hole to be rotated toward the inside of the rectangular hole or the outside of the building, a ladder(21) which is hinged on the edge of the rectangular hole to be inserted into the rectangular hole or rotated to the lower side of the rectangular hole, an opening handle which is arranged on the outer side of the door, a penetrating stick which can slide toward the outside or inside of the door, and a push bar which is connected to the penetrating stick having passed through the extension bracket.
