FIELD: sports. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of physical training and sports, in particular, to devices for development of movements coordination, waist, ankle joint and upper limbs mobility. The training device comprises two outer discs with grooves arranged along circumference and rolling balls installed in them, additionally includes an inclined insert located between the outer discs. There might be a version of the training device made of two pairs of discs that may rotate relative to each other in each pair and are fixed on flat surfaces of the inclined insert. There might also be a version to arrange the device for training of two pairs of discs, adjacent discs of which are equipped with ledges and are hingedly connected to each other, and are also equipped with at least one device to change and fix the angle between pairs of discs. There might be a version to equip the training device with a stop unit, which prevents rotation of at least one disc relative to the adjacent flat surface of the inclined insert. ^ EFFECT: expansion of the performed exercise range achieved by means of the disc rotation surface arranged at an angle. ^ 7 cl, 2 dwg |
