FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device is designed to apply glue, primarily, onto lengthwise groove in vertical plane of bar 8. Device casing 1 accommodates vertical axle 2 secured therein. Bevel gear 4 runs in bearing 3 on axle 2. Elastic flue application disk 7 is fitted on bevel gear hub 4 by nut 5 and spacers 6. Rigid disk 10 and bevel gear 11 are fitted on horizontal shaft of electric motor 9. Said bevel gear 4 and 11 make gearing. Face surface of rigid disk 10 bends off a section of glue application disk 7 for immersion into glue bath 12. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability and longer life. ^ 2 dwg |
