FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to batch preparation of loose materials and may be used in agriculture and animal feed production. Proposed mixer comprises mixing chamber made up of cylindrical hopper with truncated cone bottom designed to accumulate and mix components. Screw making a working member is arranged along mixing chamber axis, encased in tube. Mixing spiral elements is arranged around said tube, its lower section being secured to screw shaft while upper section is secured to tube upper part by means of movable joint. Proportioning feeder is arranged at screw base. To load primary component, mixing chamber is provided with loading branch pipe. Finished product is discharged via discharge branch pipe and opened shutter. Trapping filter doubles as dust collector. ^ EFFECT: higher homogeneity of mix. ^ 1 dwg |
