FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. As functional apparatus of external fixation Kinesio tails are applied. First Kinesio tail is placed as semi-circle from sacroiliac joint, going around buttock area on fold, passing to the middle of anterior surface of hip. Second Kinesio tail is placed from the middle of sacrum, going around buttock area on posterior surface of hip, passing onto anterior surface. Third Kinesio tail is applied around hip joint. Fourth Kinesio tail is placed on posterior surface of hip from buttock fold. Fifth is applied on straight line from stomach, on the middle of anterior hip surface. Sixth is placed starting from first lumbar vertebra and further on paravertebral line downward to buttock fold, after which sixth Kinesio tail on oblique line passes through posterior surface of hip onto anterior to internal surface of knee joint. Seventh Kinesio tail is placed horizontally under joint head, from sacrum to the middle of hip. After that, fixing bandage is applied on ankle joint of operated extremity. ^ EFFECT: creation of functional corset preventing dislocation of endoprosthesis head in post-operative period, creating conditions for recovery of damaged musculo-ligamentous apparatus of hip joint, limitation of motion on rotation. ^ 1 ex |
