<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel training device capable of capturing a trend of the world from objectively selected information, and settling on a training plan without depending on feeling of an education responsible person. <P>SOLUTION: This personnel training device has: a narrow-area important word extraction part 10 extracting a narrow-area important word recently regarded as important inside a company provided with a narrow-area network 2 among narrow-area basic words frequently used in a document stored in each device 3 connected to the narrow-area network 2; a wide-area important word extraction part 11 extracting a wide-area important word recently regarded as important outside the company, and used together with the narrow-area important word among unknown words obtained by excluding the narrow-area basic words from words frequently used in a document stored in each device 5, 9 connected to an wide-area network 4; a career information storage part 12 storing career information showing a career of an employee; a personnel selection part 13 selecting the employee having the career information including the wide-area important word; and training plan settling-on part 14 settling on the training plan to the wide-area important word on the basis of the career information of the selected employee. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
