PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sheet jointed body, a roll body, an optical film, and a polaroid film is provided to easily manufacture the sheet jointed body by joining sheet members without a light absorbent. CONSTITUTION: The ends of sheet members(10,20) are touched each other. The touched part of sheet members are contacted at a light absorbing member(50a). The light absorbing member has the light absorptiveness to the wavelength of laser light(R) used. The light absorbing member radiates heat by the irradiation of a laser light and the ends of the sheet members are thermally fused. The sheet joined body is made by taking the touched part off the light absorbing member. The wavelength of the laser light is 800nm to 2,000nm. |
