PURPOSE: A metallic fuel cell is provided to enable high utilization of metal fuel cells by reutilizing hydrogen gas generated during the reaction as other utilization units such as a hydrogen fuel cell and to secure semi-permanent use by easily discharging precipitates. CONSTITUTION: A metallic fuel cell(30) comprises: a housing(31) in which an air positive electrode is coupled to both sides; and a hydrogen capturing part which includes metal fuel electrodes and electrolyte which are inserted into the inside of the housing and seals the upper part of the housing at the upper end of the housing. The hydrogen capturing part is connected to a hydrogen utilization unit(36). The housing includes an electrolyte feed part(34) at the upper end thereof and an electrolyte discharge part(35) at the lower end thereof.
