PURPOSE: A bed and sofa in one is provided to be installed regardless of an installation place and to minimize manufacture cost through a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A bed and sofa in one comprises: a head member(20) equipped in the rear end of a main frame supported in the floor; an upper folding member(30) which is hinge-coupled by a first hinge member and is pivoted; a lower folding member(40) which is hinge-coupled by a second hinge member and is pivoted; and a moveable member(50) which is hinge-coupled with the front of the lower folding member by a third hinge member(70) and moves backward and rearward in the main frame direction. The first hinge member is comprised of a handle bolt. The second hinge member is comprised of a hinge. The third hinge member is connected to the side of the lower folding member and moveable member through two link members.
