PURPOSE: A hand-held fumigation pad is provided to feel effects immediately in case of wearing it by adding not only exothermic materials but also oriental medicinal materials to a heating pack, and to control a calorific value and heat generating time by controlling an exposing area with air. CONSTITUTION: An outer cover(10) is directly touched with the skin of a user. An absorber(20) is laminated in the lower part of the outer cover, and absorbs secretion. A waterproof enclosure(30) is laminated in the lower part of the absorber, and prevents the secretion absorbed with the absorber from leaking to outside. A heating pack(40) is attached and detached in the lower part of the waterproof enclosure. In the heating pack, oriental medicinal materials are added in addition to exothermic materials. In the heating pack, a masking tape for controlling exposing areas exposed to outside is formed. As the masking tape is divided by a fixed area, and a calorific value of the heating pack is increased by eliminating the masking tape from the heating pack.
