<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which can materialize downsizing, price reduction and saving of manhour in manufacture, while securing the electric insulation between each circuit section and the next required for a motor controller operating with high-voltage power. <P>SOLUTION: A motor controller which is equipped with: a power semiconductor module which is equipped with an inverter part, a converter part, and a plurality of external electrode terminals; and a power circuit board to which at least two or more external electrode terminals are conneted out of the above plurality of external electrode terminals.
