<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the position and shape of an electric wave IC tag, and to prevent electric wave interference between IC tags themselves. <P>SOLUTION: This electric wave IC tag system has an antenna; an RF (radio frequency) circuit supplying a transmission signal to the antenna; a control circuit supplying a control signal to the RF circuit; an infrared sensor generating two-dimensional infrared distribution data of the electric wave IC tag; and a signal processing part obtaining a heat generation pattern of the electric wave IC tag, from the two-dimensional infrared distribution data from the infrared sensor. The antenna emits an electric wave of a prescribed frequency to activate the prescribed electric wave IC tag. The signal processing part identifies the activated electric wave IC tag from the heat generation pattern. The electric wave IC tag is provided with an electric wave absorber generating heat, by absorbing the electric wave of the prescribed frequency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
