ENCODER SIGNAL PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD

PURPOSE: An encoder signal processing apparatus of a motor is provide to prevent a troublesome action inputting a setting value of encoder and accurately grasp the kind of error, thereby controlling the speed of rotation of the motor accurately. CONSTITUTION: An AD converter inputs sine and cosine analog signals caused by a encoder of a motor and creates a detected signal by changing from sine and cosine analog signals to a digital signal. A controller(300) compares the detected signal with a predetermined output signal and resets the detected signal in order to fall within the range of the output signal. The controller is composed of a signal processing unit and interpolator.
