PURPOSE: A powder coating method of luminescent paint is provided to prevent the luminescent paint from falling off from the surface in long tern and being decolored by coating the luminescent paint on the surface with powder coating method, and to increase the luminescent effect by differing the coating method depending on the whole coating and part coating of the luminescent paint. CONSTITUTION: The sub coating step forms the sub layer on the surface as the powder coating method. The normal coating step forms normal layer with the powder coating method by using the luminescent paint in which the luminescent material is included in the upper part of the sub-coating layer. The first surface processing step eliminates the foreign material attached on the surface. The washing process washes the surface. The first thermal processing step heats the surface to be coated from which the foreign material is removed. The first powder coating step coats with powder by spraying the sub-coating powder paint using the electrostatic spray gun on the heated surface to be coated. The first curing step heats the surface to be coated, in which sub powder paint is attached, and hardens by forming sub-coating layer of 40μm~60μm. |
