Correction device is arranged inside said hub 2 and consists of motor 6 fitted on rod 5 and provided with drum 8 with cable 9 coiled thereon, said drum being fitted on shaft 7. Rod 5 penetrates through hole 10 of cover 11 of hub 2. One end of cable 9 is secured on top cover 11 of hub 2 by means of cable fastener 12.
