PURPOSE: A multi-purpose flowerpot stand for a bridge railing or a guard rail is provided to easily install the flowerpot stand on the bridge railing or the guard rail. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose flowerpot stand for a bridge railing or a guard rail includes an advertising board(1a) closely attached to the inner surface of the bridge railing(4a) or the guard rail for attaching advertisements. The advertising board includes a mounting plate(1b) on the rear side with plural fastening holes(11), an upper plate, a side plate formed with a supporting member(2), and side walls formed on both sides of the mounting plate.
