PURPOSE: A dual needle yarn cutting apparatus and a sewing machine using the same are provided to prevent yarns from entangling with each other (namely, bird-nest phenomenon) in the following sewing work. CONSTITUTION: The dual needle yarn cutting apparatus and the sewing machine using the same includes a top penetrating hole; an upper yarn cutting unit; a lower-part penetrating hole; and a bottom yarn cutting unit. The top penetrating hole is formed with certain distance in one rearward side of a presser foot. The upper yarn cutting unit is inserted to be rotatable with each top penetrating hole. The lower-part penetrating hole is formed with distance in one rearward side of a needle plate(300) located in a place corresponding to the presser foot(100). The bottom yarn cutting unit(400) is inserted to be rotatable with each bottom penetrating hole.
