PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently deliver necessary user attribute information to an application system while reducing processing loads of the application system. SOLUTION: An authentication server 3 has a policy file, an attribute file, a receiving means for receiving an authentication request from a business server 2, authentication means for authenticating whether or not access of the authentication request is permitted by referring to the policy file and the attribute file, a specification means for specifying user attributes to be transferred to the business server 2 from the policy file, an acquisition means for acquiring the user attribute information corresponding to the user attributes specified by the specification means from the attribute file and a transmitting means for transmitting an authentication result authenticated by the authentication means and the user attribute information acquired by the acquisition means to the business server 2.
