PURPOSE: A biochip having an image sensor with a backside illumination photodiode structure is provided to directly collect light containing biochemical reaction information and to improve photosensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A biochip(200) having an image sensor with a backside illumination photodiode structure comprises: a biochip layer(200a); and an image sensor alyer(200b) for sensing light containing biochemical reaction information. The image sensor layer has a plurality of photosensor units for receiving light. The biochip layer has a plurality of reaction regions(210a, 210b, 210c) having a groove shape. The reaction region has a target sample(211a, 211b, 211c) at the upper layer and a standard sample(212a, 212b, 212c) at the lower layer. The target sample further contains luminescence substances or fluorescence substances.
