PURPOSE: An elastic clip for fixing railway is provided to prevent plastic deformation due to the increase of stress from external force. CONSTITUTION: A first front arch(20) is integrally extended from a head arch(10). A first tow(30) is integrally extended from the first front arch. A bottom surface of the first tow is close with the upper side of a flange of rail. A second front arch(40) is integrally extended from the first tow. A second tow(50) is integrally extended from the second front arch.
