PURPOSE: A sludge transfer pipe scaling device for preventing the decreasing of heat exchange efficiency of heat exchanger is provided to prevent the accumulating of sludge in a sludge transfer pipe by using a brush ball. CONSTITUTION: A sludge transfer pipe scaling device is mounted on a housing(10) in order to prevent the counter flow of sludge to a return pipe when the sludge is discharged to an outlet pipe from an upper chamber along with a bush ball. A brush ball(30) is made by vacuum-shaping one of aluminum or plastic material. A sub tank stores the sludge returned through the return pipe to the housing. The pump is installed at a main supply pipe in order to compulsorily supply the sludge to the housing from a sludge input container and a second assistance connect pipe.
