PURPOSE: A lighter is provided to easily clean a receiving portion by comprising an inlet hole and an outlet hole for cigarette ashes or butts. CONSTITUTION: A lighter comprises a spark ignition portion(110), a gas storage portion(120), a gas charging portion(130), and a receiving portion(200). The spark ignition portion generates flame. The gas storage portion keeps gas. The gas charging portion comprises a gas charging hole and a fire regulator which controls the intensity of flame.
