PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure damper which has a structure capable of completely removing bubbles from the inside of a chamber set in the pressure damper only by pressure feeding which is conducted by filling an ink by pressure from an ink container to a liquid droplet jetting type recording head, and preventing the curing of the ink when an ultraviolet ray curable ink is used by preventing light from entering into the chamber from the outside of the pressure damper. SOLUTION: An ink outflow opening 11 formed in the pressure damper 5 is always positioned at an uppermost part in a vertical direction when the liquid droplet jetting type recording device is used. The structure of an elastic member 13 for preventing a flexible film equipped at the pressure damper from being attached to a bottom face of the chamber 18 is set in the chamber, and a reinforcing plate of a rigid body for suppressing the excessive deformation of the flexible film is set outside the chamber. Moreover, the reinforcing plate is arranged at a face where the reinforcing plate comes in touch with the flexible film, and has a groove structure as an atmosphere communication structure. The groove structure does not penetrate the reinforcing plate. Materials of the body of the pressure damper and at least the flexible film or the reinforcing plate do not allow the transmission of an ultraviolet ray. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
