PURPOSE: A hacking protecting device of a card reader is provided to prevent the hacking of a product by sensing a hacking protecting device of a card reader. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) of a card reader includes a card socket. The hacking protecting device of the card reader includes a printed circuit board. A protective cap is included in the printed circuit board. A first sensing unit senses force of a card insertion unit. A second sensing unit senses external force according to the contact of the main body. A control unit determines whether to attempt hacking of card data.
