PURPOSE: An electrophoretic panel for preventing forgery is provided to inject a specific color particle to pixels and determines the forgery by the property of the particles when driving the electrophoretic panel. CONSTITUTION: An electrophoretic panel for preventing forgery comprises a first sub regions(1) and a second sub regions(2) which has different widths. The first and the second sub regions have the same color property. The first and the second sub regions are arranged in parallel with each other by turns. Charged particles are injected to two or more sub regions and an identification code is indicated by the property of the charged particles.
