PURPOSE: Health supplementary food, and a producing method thereof are provided to use a sparassis crispa extract obtained by solid-fermenting sparassis crispa, and heat-extracting with a mixed solution of purified water and alcohol. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food comprises the following steps: injecting microorganisms into sparassis crispa, and solid-fermenting the mixture; adding a mixed solution containing purified water and alcohol in a ratio of 8:2 into the solid-fermented sparassis crispa, and heat-extracting; vacuum-concentrating the sparassis crispa extract, and sterilizing; and adding the purified water, fructose, a Japanese apricot extract, lactose, Japanese apricot juice, citric acid, and crystallized fructose. |
