PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling soft-water with various sizes and a method for controlling the same are provided to guide water to storage tanks with various sizes according to the amount of water. CONSTITUTION: A first processing tank(24) includes the first amount of water. A second processing tank(26) is parallelly arranged to the first processing tank and includes the second amount of water. The second amount of water is smaller than the first amount of water. A flow meter(74) is in connection with the first processing tank and the second processing tank and determines the required amount of water introduced into a system. A controller(70) is in connection with the flow meter and guides water to the processing tanks according to the required amount of water.
