METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OF MULTILAYERED METALLIC MATERIALS

PURPOSE: A method for continuously manufacturing multi layered metal sheet is provided to prevent cracks and metal compounds at the bonded interface of multi layered metal sheets. CONSTITUTION: A method for continuously manufacturing multi layered metal sheet is as follows. Metal dissolves in a vacuum induction melting furnace(30). Molten metal, exhausted from the vacuum induction melting furnace, is forged under vacuum condition by a cold rolling mill(40). A base material steel sheet is manufactured. A clad steel sheet and base material steel sheet are overlapped another and is rolled in high temperature by a hot-roller(60). The clad steel sheet is welded on the base material steel sheet under vacuum atmosphere in a vacuum chamber.
