PURPOSE: An electric roaster is provided to prevent the pollution of indoor air pollution caused by smell or smoke, and to shorten the cooking time by preventing heat generated by cooking from releasing to the indoor, thereby to reduce the power consumption. CONSTITUTION: In an electric roaster, a blower(5) is installed to one side of an outer case(12) and a control box(13) is installed to the other side of the outer case, a bottom plate(14) provided with a first through hole(141) is installed to a hanging projection(121) of the outer case, a support member(15) provided with a seventh through hole(151) and a second through hole(152) is coupled to the bottom plate, a second insulation case(72) provided with a third through hole(721) and a first insulation case(71) provided with a fourth through hole(711) are coupled to the upper part of the support member by bolts(B), a power supply plate(3) provided with a power supply terminal(31) is coupled to the lower part of a lamp case(2) by a spacer bolt(B') and a nut(N), and a roasting plate supporter(91) provided with many through holes is coupled to the upper part of an inner case and a roasting plate(92) is supported to the roasting plate supporter.
