The invention relates to a greenhouse or glasshouse, comprising a frame (1) consisting of columns (2) and girders (3), a cover (4) which is supported on the frame (1) and which is provided with light-transmitting panels (7) which comprise adjacent cover surfaces (5,6) which, viewed in cross section, are alternately obliquely oriented at oppositely directed angles (±,²), as well as a device (8) for converting light into power, which device (8) is arranged above the cover (4) and which comprises supports (9) supported on the cover (4) as well as solar panels (10) attached to the supports (9).
