PURPOSE: A separator and a nonaqueous electrolytes cell are provided to improve wettability with electrolyte and to uniformize the distribution of electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A separator(4) includes a resin material, an inorganic oxide filler, and a functional resin layer(4b). The functional resin layer has a porous interconnection structure of small holes, The functional resin layer ensure a contact angle with electrolyte of 11 degree or less. The center particle diameter of the inorganic oxide filler is 50% or less of the thickness of the functional resin layer. |
