PURPOSE: A system information transmitting method of multi element carrier wave and system information receiving/updating apparatus using the same are provided to efficiently transmit system information about element carrier wave. CONSTITUTION: A first mode transmits the changed SI through a corresponding CC(S642). A second mode transmits the changed SI through the special CC(S644). A third mode transmits changed SI through the upper layer(S646). A fourth mode passes through uplink signaling(S648). SI transmits system information through the special CC.
