PURPOSE: An anti-static coating composition is provided to ensure excellent antistatic property, scratch resistance, and transparency and to prepare an anti-static film obtained by forming an anti-static film. CONSTITUTION: An anti-static coating composition includes antistatic copolymers(A), compounds(B) having three or more antistatic ethylene unsaturated groups, photopolymerization initiators(C), and solvents(D). The antistatic copolymers comprise a compound having quaternary ammonium bases and a compound having alkylene oxide chains. The solvent includes one of an alcohol-based solvent, C3~5 acetate solvent, and solvent selected from alcohol-based solvent carbonate esters or cyclic ethers. |
