The device has a heat exchanger (2) including two inputs (21, 23) and outputs (22, 24) for liquid. The inputs are connected with a grey water pipe (31) and a fresh water pipe (41), and the outputs are connected with a waste water pipe (32) and an end (421) of a connecting line (42), respectively. The grey water pipe and the waste water pipe are connected together using a cleaning duct. The liquid is guided using a circulating pump (61) through the cleaning duct, and a line of the heat exchanger is guided in a circuit for the liquid.
