PURPOSE: A method and device for allocating PHICH resources or PUCCH resources in a wireless mobile communication system which supports carrier aggregation are provided to easily allocate PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel) resources and PHICH resources to efficiently transmit ACK/NACK signals.
