PURPOSE: A Korean paper laminated wooden floor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a coating layer on a Korean paper layer, to have a beautiful design and to hold excellent strength, rigidity and air permeability by using Korean papers of environmentally-friendly material and germanium. CONSTITUTION: The Korean paper laminated wooden floor and the manufacturing method thereof are as follows. A cutting process cuts a timber bottom plate(10) with a constant size. A Korean paper manufacturing process manufactures Korean papers mixed with germanium by knitting a Korean paper raw material mixed with water and germanium with a treadle sewing machine. A Korean paper layer process forms a Korean paper layer(20) by attaching adhesive to the upper surface of the cut timber bottom plate through the cutting process. A coating layer process forms a coating layer(30) by coating a coating material in the upper surface of the Korean paper layer.
