As a lower layer nitride of titanium and aluminium is applied at pressure of nitrogen in a chamber of the installation 7.510-4 Pa and temperature 600C. Same nitride alloyed with zirconium is applied as an intermediate layer at pressure of nitrogen of 7.510-4 Pa and temperature 550C in the chamber of the installation.
