A METHOD OF RICE BRAN ITS MIXTURE WITH PINE LEAVES ON ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY WEED CONTROL

PURPOSE: A herbicidal method using rice bran and pine needles is provided to effectively suppress germination of Echinochloa crus-galli var. frumentacea and to eliminate herbicide resistant Monochoria vaginalis. CONSTITUTION: An environmental herbicidal composition contains a mixture 40-60% of rice bran and 60-40% of dry pine needles. A method for eliminating weeds comprises a step of mixing the rice bran and pine needle and a step of applying the mixture to rice plants. The optimal treatment amount is 43g per m^2.
