FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry, particularly, to shoe production. Proposed press comprises foundation, rotary support, plate, power drive and capacitor. Power drive is made up of solenoid-type electromagnet with its core made up of hammer. Said electromagnet mat create impact force to cut shoe parts. Press is provided with substrate. Plate is provided with groove to accommodate cutter arranged on substrate. Said cutter may accommodate shoe part material and move relative to said hammer.
