PURPOSE: An apparatus for combining cloud instance with resources of a plurality of device is provided to use cloud service using resource information of an information home appliance. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for combining cloud instance with resources of a plurality of device comprises a resources management unit which registers and manages a cloud instance which is created by using cloud resources and a plurality of devices and a resource distribution device which combines the cloud resource with a plurality of device resources. The resource distribution device comprises a resource managing part which distributes the combined resource to each device.
