PURPOSE: Well-being food containing ecklonia cava powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the unique flavor, taste, and color of the food. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of well-being food containing ecklonia cava powder comprises the following steps: mixing 100parts of water by weight, 15~70parts of ecklonia cava powder by weight containing C polyphenol as an anti-oxidation ingredient, 180~220 rice powder by weight, and 110~150parts of flour by weight; aging the mixture at 4~10deg C for 2~4hours; and making noodles with the obtained dough. |
