摘要 <p>PURPOSE: TiO2 paste for a dye-sensitized solar cell is provided to improve the transportability of electrons and to improve the efficiency of the dye sensitized solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing TiO2 paste for a dye-sensitized solar cell comprises: coating the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles with ZnO; and integrally growing ZnO nanorods on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles applied with ZnO. The TiO2 paste(100) for a dye-sensitized solar cell comprises TiO2 nanoparticles(110), ZnO layers(120) formed on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles, and ZnO nanorods(130) integrally formed on the surface of the ZnO layers.</p>
