METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING BIOMARKER FOR IN VIVO POTENCY-VARIATION OF HUMAN MESENCHYMAL STEM CELLS

PURPOSE: A method for selecting an active biomarker of human mesenchymal stem cells is in vivo is provided to develop cell therapeutic agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for selecting an active biomarker of human mesenchymal stem cells comprises: a step of performing DNA array of human mesenchymal stem cells having different activities; a step of selecting gene having expression difference between the human mesenchymal stem cells; and a step of checking a biomarker for labeling activity difference of the mesenchymal stem cells in vivo. The activity includes an ability of relieving cardiovascular diseases. The treatment of cardiovascular disease is measured using an ischemic cardiovascular rat model. The human mesenchcymal stem cells are derived from human umbilical blood.
